1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sweepstakes (¿Sweepstakes¿) open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia age 21 years or older, who have internet access as of June 6, 2005, except employees (and their immediate families and household members) of Superstation, Inc. (¿TBS¿), Snapple Beverage Group, Inc. (¿Snapple¿) (collectively, the ¿Sponsors¿), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities"). Void in Alaska, Hawaii and wherever taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations (¿Official Rules¿).

2. HOW TO ENTER: From June 8 ¿ July 6, 2005 (the ¿Promotional Period¿), Sponsors will conduct a national Sweepstakes encouraging participants to play an online trivia game during the airing of TBS¿ original series ¿The Real Gilligan¿s Island 2¿ (the ¿Enhanced Programming¿) and encouraging participants to enter for a chance to win a prize. The Enhanced Programming is tentatively scheduled to air on TBS at the following times [all times are Eastern Time/Pacific Time (¿ET/PT¿)]: (a) June 8, 9:00p.m. ¿ 9:59p.m. and 10:00p.m. ¿ 10:59p.m.; (b) June 15, 9:00p.m. ¿9:59p.m. and 10:00p.m. ¿10:59pm.; (c) June 22, 9:00p.m. ¿ 9:59p.m. and 10:00p.m. ¿ 10:59p.m.; and (d) June 29, 9:00p.m. ¿ 9:59p.m. and 10:00p.m. ¿ 10:59p.m.. Participants may enter either via the game playing method or the non-game playing method (as described below). To enter via the game playing method, participants must: (i) log on to the TBS website, located at www.tbs.com, during the Promotional Period, (ii) go to ¿The Real Gilligan¿s Island 2¿ microsite and receive instructions to download the interactive television program software, (iii) download such software, (iv) complete and submit the online registration form, including name, address, telephone number, birth date and e-mail address (if any), and (v) play The Real Gilligan¿s Island 2 Enhanced online trivia game while the Enhanced Programming is airing on TBS during the Promotional Period. There will be approximately forty-two (42) questions asked during each hour of the Enhanced Programming. Participants need not select the correct answer to any trivia and/or sponsor questions in order to obtain the additional entries. To enter without playing the online trivia game, participants must: (i) log on to the TBS website, located at www.tbs.com, during the Promotional Period, (ii) go to ¿The Real Gilligan¿s Island 2¿ microsite, and (iii) complete and submit the online entry form, including name, address, telephone number, birth date and e-mail address (if any). Participants who enter via the non-game playing method may enter an unlimited number of times. To be eligible, participants must log onto the TBS website at least one (1) time during the Promotional Period and complete and submit the online entry form. Entries must not be submitted prior to 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT) on June 8, 2005 and must be received no later than 11:59p.m. (ET/PT) on July 6, 2005. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and prizes can only be awarded to the person whose name is on each winning entry. Sponsors are not responsible for pre-emptions, black-outs or any other non-controllable acts concerning the Enhanced Programming and/or the TBS site (including, without limitation, the online game). No automated entries accepted. Sponsors are not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind which may limit or affect a person¿s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsors¿ control which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsors reserve the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render an entrant ineligible. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.

3. HOW TO WIN: One (1) grand prize winner (the ¿Grand Prize Winner¿) and fifty (50) first prize winners (the ¿First Prize Winners¿) will be randomly selected by an independent judging organization on or around July 13, 2005 from among all eligible entries received within the applicable dates and times specified above (the ¿Grand Prize Winner¿ and the ¿First Prize Winners¿ shall be collectively referred to as the ¿Winners¿). The decisions of the judges will be final and binding. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotional Period. The Winners will be confirmed by U.S. mail, e-mail and/or telephone and must meet all eligibility requirements including the timely execution and return of all necessary releases and documents (if any). The Winners should receive their prizes approximately twelve (12) to fifteen (15) weeks following Winner verification.

4. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a five (5) day/four (4) night trip for two (2) to the island of St. John in the Virgin Islands including: (a) round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner¿s residence to a St. John area airport, (b) standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room) at Caneel Bay Resort for four (4) nights, (c) round trip ground transfers for two (2) between the airport and the resort in St. John, (d) continental breakfast and afternoon tea for two (2) for five (5) days during the trip, (e) One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) spending money and (f) choice of one (1) motorized water sport activity or one (1) spa service for two (2) people (at a maximum value of $300), at an AMV of Six Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Two Dollars ($6,582); Fifty (50) First Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Snapple Gift Pack, at an AMV of Thirty-Seven Dollars and Ninety-Eight Cents ($37.98) per First Prize Winner. Each Snapple Gift Pack will include: (a) one (1) Snapple Real Facts Game, (b) one (1) Snapple Lip Balm, (c) one (1) Snapple t-shirt and (d) one (1) Snapple Frisbee. TOTAL AMV OF ALL PRIZES (51 PRIZES): Eight Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-One Dollars ($8,481). No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by the Winners. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize(s) of like value for any reason whatsoever. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly provided for above including additional ground transportation, additional meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trip. Trip must be booked a minimum of thirty (30) days in advance, dates are subject to availability and certain black-out dates and other restrictions may apply. Sponsors reserve the right to approve any travel dates and trip must be utilized within one (1) year of being awarded. The Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes (if any).

5. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, participants grant Sweepstakes Entities and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Sponsors and all matters related to the Sweepstakes, in any manner or medium, throughout the world in perpetuity. Each Winner will be required to sign, without limitation, an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, tax acknowledgment form and, except where prohibited by law, a use of name and likeness release and return within five (5) business days of issuance of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or failure of a potential winner to respond to a notification attempt within five (5) days of such attempt may result in disqualification. If: (i) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (ii) a potential Winner declines his or her prize, (iii) the potential Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel on dates approved by Sponsors or (iii) a potential Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules as outlined herein, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing at the Sponsors¿ sole discretion. The Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility and entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents, from and against any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liability for injury, damage or loss whatsoever relating to or arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded. In the event more winner notifications are issued, or more winning prize claims are received, than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules due to computer, printing, seeding, human or other error or problem, a random drawing will take place from among all eligible prize claims for the prize(s) at issue to award the proper number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules. No more than the stated number of prizes per these Official Rules will be awarded. Sponsors not responsible for typographical errors in the Official Rules.
